Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Cancellations
Guest-initiated cancellations after booking confirmation will incur the non-refundable service fee.
Additional charges may apply based on the service provider’s terms and InstaHelp’s effort involved in handling the booking.
2. Partial and Complete Cancellations
Partial Cancellations (e.g., part of an itinerary) may result in additional service fees.
Complete Cancellations may incur up to 100% cancellation charges, depending on the provider’s policies and InstaHelp’s resources expended.
3. Provider-Specific Policies
Each service provider, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, has its own cancellation policy. InstaHelp will inform you of these at booking, and guests are advised to review them carefully.
 
4. Force Majeure
InstaHelp is not liable for cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations. Guests should contact their travel insurance provider for claims in such cases.
 
Jurisdiction
All legal matters will be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bangalore.
