Welcome to Trawel.in, operated by InstaHelp ("the Agency"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Introduction

InstaHelp provides travel services, including but not limited to booking accommodations, transportation, guided tours, and customized travel itineraries. Please note that bookings are often routed through various third-party service providers, and their own terms & conditions will apply in addition to InstaHelp’s policies.

2. Booking & Service Fee
Every booking is subject to a mandatory non-refundable service fee of INR 2,500 per guest.
The service fee amount may increase up to 100%, depending on the complexity, effort, and resources involved, as determined solely by InstaHelp.
An additional issue resolution fee of INR 10,000 per day applies if InstaHelp engages in any effort to resolve issues related to a booking.

3. Liability & Limitations

InstaHelp is not liable for changes, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, or tour operators.
InstaHelp strives to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee that service details or availability remain constant.
InstaHelp is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of services on Trawel.in.

4. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Bangalore.
5. Modification of Terms
InstaHelp reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on Trawel.in and are effective immediately.
